Ken is a Partner of the firm, and director of the Workers Compensation practice. He is an OSBA Board Certified specialist in Ohio Workers' Compensation law. Ken is respected among his peers, injured workers, and employers for his knowledge and understanding of workers' compensation issues as well as his careful preparation for cases before the Industrial Commission of Ohio.

Ken represents both injured workers and employers with regard to claims before the Administrative Agencies as well as all levels of the Ohio court system. Ken also assists employers with general workers' compensation procedures and strategies.

Originally from Willard, Ohio, he has resided in Columbus since 1991.

Ken is a graduate of Wittenburg University (Summa Cum Laude, 1991) and a graduate of The Ohio State University College of Law (1994). He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association (OSBA) and the Columbus Bar Association.
