Dan is a former weapons officer on a Naval destroyer and football player at The Ohio State University under the legendary Woody Hayes. He’s practiced law in Columbus since 1968 to 2014. After serving as Assistant Attorney General, Assistant County Prosecutor and Assistant Counsel for the Ohio Manufacturer’s Association, Dan opened his private law office on April 2, 1971. He engaged in the general practice of law until 1980, gradually narrowing his focus to representing clients charged with drinking and driving as well as other criminal offenses; those who have suffered a personal injury or a workers’ compensation injury; and, those whose professional license is at risk. After a successful period of practice, Dan retired from Connor, Evans & Hafenstein, LLP as of 01/01/2014.
